Questions
Pricing FAQs
Why do you need my landed cost?
Amazon fees are already visible in your account. To calculate gross profit we also need your purchase or landed cost per unit. It stays between us.
Can I start without sharing costs?
Yes. You can start on a flat fee for the first three months, then move to the performance model.
How is my tier decided?
By the number of SKUs we manage, because that is what drives the workload across campaigns, listings and catalogue.
What about returns?
Returned units are reversed in that month’s figures, so you don’t pay a performance fee on sales that came back.
Is there a minimum term?
We’ll agree the term with you at the start. Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
